When you look at my avatar, you might be surprised to learn that I visited fast food restaurants before I went vegan. My favorite one was the Heart Attack Grill because they always fed me for free.

Sad but true, I have been loosing lots of weight lately. Little kids complain because my lap is not as soft as it was in the past. Dr. Jon advised me to get with the program.

I cringe whenever I think about the food I used to eat, especially in the 20s and prior. I used to walk to Taco Bell with my friends in high school for lunch. Our favorite was the Burrito Supreme. Don't even get me started on the cafeteria food in college (my parents paid for the 1-meal/day program). Makes me sick just thinking about it.
