Vegan Cranberry & Mango Smoothie

200 ml cranberry juice
1 very ripe mango (frozen is better)
75 ml soya yogurt
75 ml non dairy milk (chilled)
1 tsp of lemon juice
A few tbs of orange juice (optional)
sweetener (optional)

Crush a few ice cubes in a blender. Add the ingredients including the peeled and chopped mango and
blend until smooth. Add any sweetener that you wish if necessary.

Tip : Add 1 tbs of wheatgerm before serving.
You can substitute 100 ml of the cranberry juice with orange juice.
