Vegan Clementine Fizz

1 bottle of dry sparkling wine
The juice of 12 clementines
6 tbs of Campari

All the ingredients should be chilled.
Put the juice into 6 glasses. Either use martini or champagne glasses.
Add 1 tbs of campari to each glass and pour over the sparkling wine.


Tip : You could also use orange juice if you don't have any clementines.
Check the vegan sign on the wine label.

Mmmm, I love clementines, and I love mimosas. Sounds like something I have to try.

Sounds so good! I just went out for brunch yesterday, and they had mimosas with 3 different juices and a little bottle of sparkling wine.
