Carl's jr wheels out beyond famous star

Today all over the nation Carl's Jr locations will now be serving the Beyond Famous Star a vegetarian version of their original burger which becomes vegan when ordered with no cheese and no mayo.

Carl's Jr follows in the footsteps of White Castle and now out competes chains such as McDonald's for vegan fast food.

PETA spearheaded this campaign starting in 2007.

They're owned by the same parent company but I wonder if they think it won't sell in that region of the country. They should just try marketing it there.
