I am not going to watch this video. Videos of this type pop up on my stream all the time comparing everything from coffee shops to rice to pasta etc and I now automatically forbid the channel from sending anything else my way. It is not necessarily true, any of it, it is there for clicks and ads and I don't need to make eating more challenging by having some troll tell me things that may or may not be true. Sorry to rant but I have had enough of these popping that I am a bit irritated by them and thankfully it has slowed down now that I have booted a number of them.
