Being more stressed and anxious

Hi guys, I am vegan for half a year and vegetarian for 3 years. I don't know if it's because of veganism but I feel more sensitive. I am more stressed out and anxious. I was thinking maybe something is missing in my diet. I try to eat as much well-rounded food as I can. If anybody had similar experience and solve it, please let me know.
 
It's hard to say for sure but my guess is that it's fairly unlikely that this is to do with your diet, unless you've literally been depressed by animal-ethics related concerns. Best of luck with sorting this out.
 
Hi Kubik, I think that it would help if you could give some specific examples of where you feel that you are more sensitive.
