Anti Cancer Nutrients

I'm going over to the library to get one of his books. Unfortunately, they don't have this one, but they do have his Eat to Beat Disease book. I may just pay the price for the book. I'll see if I can get it used.

Well, it wasn't sprouts, but green tea! I remember years ago a local news did a true or false on nutrition trends, when green tea was being promoted as cancer preventative. They called it false---but then added the positive studies were done in Japan where they drink the tea all day long. They didn't find that reasonable for their US audience 🙄
If something can actuall decrease your chances by that much I'd say it qualifies, after all it wasn't gallons!

I still have a bag of matcha I haven't used since I made smoothies

I had that video pop-up on my feed and lazied out and just read the comments - happy to say that we eat most of what he suggests, green tea (every day), blueberries, tomato, soy, broccoli, grapes, kiwi - I eat cabbage and kale instead of broccoli and don't eat grapes or kiwi on a regular basis, would consider adding them.
My honey just grew a bunch of sprouts and they are delicious. I have a small lamp grow light for the sunlight part of the growing.
