Not important. On my mind was more that a full bore non human holocaust is still in full swing rather than anything else.

Nobody's saying comparisons can't be drawn. What you were not just implying, but outright stating, is that factory farms derive their methods directly from observations of how humans were treated during the Holocaust, which is not at all something that has ever been proven in any capacity.

Mass culture, emergence of a middle class, entitlement, and technological advancement are all to blame for factory farming. Plenty of factors culminated to create the monstrosity, and a monstrosity it is, but there's no evidence that the Holocaust was one of them.
