1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar (I typically use vinegar)
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1 teaspoon of pear syrup (honestly, I think you can leave that one out)...
800 g floury potatoes ; King Edward's, Maris Piper, Yukon Gold.

50 ml warm non dairy milk ( or 40 ml milk and 10 ml vegan cream)
