An American army veteran who lost his legs and genitals in a roadside bomb explosion says he "feels normal again" after undergoing the first ever full ***** and scrotum transplant.
Surgeons at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore rebuilt his entire pelvic region from the parts of a deceased donor, which is said to have restored "near-normal sexual function and major improvement in quality-of-life".
