Interesting…mine has been consistently just under the normal range, occasionally being just at the low end of normal.
 
Let me another useless anecdotal account. :).

My white blood cell count never came back low, or at least my doctors over decades never bothered mentioning it.

It is not the same thing, but back in May, my antibody level were tested and my Dr told me I had a very vigorous immune response.

This was a week or two before I got vaccinated so I was expecting to get sick from the Pfizer shots. Oddly, it did not happen. My should got very sore, like I did something stupid to it in the gym. I was fine in a day.
