I cook penne pasta and in a frying pan sauté down chopped onion, peppers , courgette, mushroom and olives in olive oil infused with garlic. I add soy sauce and chill sauce and cook right down. Then add to pasta with some chopped basil and oregano. It is so simple but so lovely that my son who hates courgette eats platefuls of it!!
someone brought me a 'julienne thing' I cut myself so many times I gave it away, the 'thingy' you use to cover the veg and protect your fingers kept moving on mine and I had 'finger chips' either I am clumsy or it may have been faulty. All the chefs seem to keep their fingers in place!!!
