You can read the bill here.

It appears that they will keep some of the better parts of the Affordable Care Act (prohibit health insurers from denying coverage based on pre-existing conditions, for example) and get rid of the parts that funded it. They currently don't have an answer to how this will be funded.

How are you paying for this plan? How much is it going to cost taxpayers?

We are still discussing details, but we are committed to repealing Obamacare and replacing it with fiscally responsible policies that restore the free market and protect taxpayers.

According to the CBO, 24 million people will lose health insurance by 2026.
The uninsured rate would be higher than it was before the ACA: Not only would the absolute number of uninsured people increase, the share of the population without coverage would be higher than it was before the Affordable Care Act passed in 2010; nearly 1-in-5 people under age 65 would not have health insurance by 2026, according to CBO estimates (people 65 and older generally qualify for Medicare).

I'm reading it doesn't look good for 'Trumpcare' just ahead of the vote. Trump needs another 29 or so representatives in the House for it to pass.

I'm now reading that the AHCA was in fact not 'Trumpcare', but 'Ryancare', and it's in fact Paul Ryan's fault it failed to get the required support in the House.
