I've just turned 38. Took up natural bodybuilding at 36 and so frequently measured my Testosterone levels (I take it very seriously!) - which were very consistent and I could never raise it with various forms of an omnivore diet. They were at the same level in my early 20's too (checked medical records).

Went vegan 3months ago (1/3 health, 1/3 enviro, 1/3 welfare reasons) and my Testosterone levels just returned 40% higher than the average of the past year! This is despite drawing blood in the early afternoon as opposed to the morning with all the others; levels decline throughout the day.

I knew it would be the case before I got my results. Libido was up massively, gym performance improved and I started sleeping normally for the first time in my adult life.

Needless to say, I'm recommending it to guys I know!

What about yours, chaps?

Mine is always up with the strongest morning wood. I attribute it to nut consumption. Specifically in shell walnuts and hazelnuts.
