OSes System Reserved Drive?

Norton Internet Security started to do a disk optimization, but then just reported on disk fragmentation instead. It reported the fragmentation on my C:\ drive. But it also reported the fragmentation on what it said is my "System Reserved Drive."

I thought I only had one drive, my C:\ drive. What is my "System Reserved Drive"? Some sort of hidden drive or hidden partition? What is likely on it? What is it for? How do I view or access its contents?
