[Second Summer]

I thought it might be fun to share photos from inside our refrigerators, freezers or pantries.

I'm currently at my parents' house in Norway where I have my own fridge and freezer. I'm amazed at all the new vegan products I've been able to find in the grocery stores around here, even though this is a small, somewhat backwards town.

A few of the highlights:
- vegan mayo
- hummus (let's be clear, this is not a "thing" in provincial Norway)
- shredded vegan cheese
- potato salad
- good, plain soya yogurt

My freezer is packed full of veggie products! You can't even see the Dr. Praeger's burgers of the the breakfast "sausages" or the frozen fruit and the DQ Dilly Bars!
