Hi all

I'm looking for products or herbal remedies to treat my psoriasis on the palm of my hands.

I have tried Derma-E tea itch relief lotion recently that hasn't been particularly helpful. I don't want to use a steroid cream and have been waiting to see a dermatologist for several months.

Any recommendations are appreciated.

I'm not sure where you live, but I've heard creams made from marijuana (cannabinoids) can be helpful. I have no experience with this and cannot confirm these claims. If it is available where you live, you might want to research it.

I found this with a quick google:

https://www.marijuanabreak.com/cbd-for-psoriasis

I also check YouTube for answers quite often. I'm not sure if you will get anything from this, but it might be worth watching. You can decide if this is for you.

Have you tried an organic elimination diet?

Do you have a water filter that filters the water for the whole house/apartment?

Have you been tested for different allergens?? Always good.
The arbonne ABC baby range has had good results for eczema and psoriasis. Botanical, cruelty free, vegan etc. Could be worth a look.
Consultant name cazsimmonds

My friend has psoriasis and says this works.

Boil four avocado stones in water, like you would boil eggs, not too much water. Boil until they have softened and then use the water on your affected skin. Apparently it makes your skin very soft and over a few days can improve it significantly. My friend had her psoriasis disappear. My sister tried it but did not use four stones, so it was less effective, so you need the concentration of the four stones in the right amount of water to make it work.

Worth a try, maybe. And if you like avocados then nothing to lose.
