What is the motive? Why are Canadians also attacked? Who is behind it?
I'll offer my own hypothesis: Ask yourself this: Which country has both the capacity, audacity and a history of using high-tech weapons against its opponents abroad? Which country loves the "we know nothing, nudge, nudge, wink, wink" game? And which country might find it in their interest that US - Cuban relations remain icy?
Do you remember the polonium poisoning of Alexander Litvinenko in London? Do you remember what happened to Viktor Yushchenko, one of the leaders of the Ukrainian Orange Revolution?
I'm not sure why the Canadians are also targeted, but it could be because they're politically aligned with the US, or just to make it less obvious who is behind the attacks, or both.
