Last night I watched The Monuments Men again.... (I own it. Never got great reviews, but I think it's a damn good flick.... and for life-long art lovers, extremely moving.)

Well, casting Ben Affleck as Batman at this point in his career was a poor choice imo.

Open Season Scared Silly.

Possibly even worse than (or at least on par with) Open Season 3 .

Which is a shame, as Open Season 1 and Open Season 2 were really nice and funny family cartoons.
If you have not watched these yet, they are well worth watching IMO.

So CBS is now airing a spinoff of the Rush Hour movies as an action series. I watched the pilot episode last week and didn't like it. Now I'm watching the first movie on premium cable. It's SO much better.

it appears that the end has really torn people. I really enjoyed it until the end. also i thought john goodman was brilliant in it.

Is anyone else looking forward to "Doctor Strange" this fall/winter? I was more into DC ("Legion of Superheroes", "Dial H for Hero", "Metal Men") than Marvel, and Strange was a Marvel character- but I actually remember reading the issue where he first appeared (it was someone else's, not mine- I might have read it in a barbershop waiting for my haircut).
