I have been meaning to review these cookies since I discovered them a couple months ago. Here's the big thing about them: they claim that the wheat they use, called Einkorn, is an ancient grain that has not been genetically modified like nearly all of the wheat we eat today. And they use Fair Trade ingredients, palm oil that does not destroy the rainforests and they are vegan friendly.

How do they taste? Well, the flavors are decent, but on the mild side. If you eat a piece of chocolate candy bar and then take a bit of this cookie, it won't taste like chocolate or cocoa at all. It's best to eat these cookies with a clean palette, not after eating other, sweeter, foods. And the ultra-crispy texture stands out as one of it's best characteristics. These cookies beg to be enjoyed, not gulped down like a bag of potato chips. They are a nice treat. Recommended if you desire a slightly more sophisticated snack.

So, when can I expect my package to arrive? :)
