Thank you, mothers, for all that you do! Society wouldn't function without you!To all the mums![]()
(Also, shyvas, I panicked a little there because you said 'mums' and not 'moms', so I thought it was for the UK! But now I see you have added the 'US' prefix. Whew.)

.I get that. I got wished Happy Mother's Day several times in stores and whatnot. I just said thank you and went on my way, but sometimes it's does remind me that I never got to have kids. But it's all good. It's a nice sentiment, and I like to think that I've "mothered" a few people along the way just by helping younger folks with life stuff.Got a free car wash
I was wished a happy mothers day twice when I was alone, by people who didn't know me, happens every year. Does this ever happen to men on fathers day?.
While it doesn't offend me, how about the women who've lost a child? People should think
Maybe that is more an American thing as I have never been wished a happy mother's day. That is very awkward coming from people who don't know you or your circumstances! I would look completely blank if someone said that to me or it could be very upsetting for some women.
