TV & Film Good shows cancelled before their time...

I loved My Name is Earl!

Better Off Ted was a hilarious show that didn't get nearly enough time for how great it was.

I'll start:

  • My Name is Earl. Dang that cliffhanger ending!
  • Dead Like Me.
  • Pushing Daisies.

I agree with the first two. I couldn't get into Pushing Daisies, though.

Wonderfalls
Early Edition
The No 1 Ladies Detective Agency, a nice little show that aired on HBO for only one season. I guess nobody watched it because of its lack of blood, gore, violence, sex and cynicism.

Pushing Daisies was amazing! It's one of my favorites. :smitten:
And Firefly. That one might really be my favorite...
I read a bunch of the No 1 Ladies Detective Agency, but didn't watch the show. Actually I listened to them on audiobook, which was awesome because the lady who read it had a South African accent so it sounded neat.

No fair...I can't remember the names of the shows that I liked that were canceled early... Which, I guess, sort of explains why they were canceled early if someone can't even remember the title, lol.

The IT Crowd. The funniest thing on TV since Monty Python. (Though apparently they have filmed one single extra episode that will be aired as a Christmas Special or similar.)
Happy Town. I watched this after reading American Gods, and was fascinated with the many similarities.

Firefly
Arrested Development (although it came back, yay!)
Sold (a UK drama series about estate agents that nobody else seems to remember, it only had six episodes)
