According to Wikipedia, Jane Goodall had 1 child and is vegetarian. She is one I could see having no flaws. Among people that are admired, most have flaws:
Martin Luther King had 4 children.
Abraham Lincoln had Indians executed and planned to send blacks out of the United States. Considered very racist.
Mohandas Gandhi had no flaws as far as I can tell.
Nelson Mandela considered Gaddhafi, Castro, and Bill Clinton as his friends. South Africa's crime rate increased greatly during Mandela's time as leader.
Roosevelt, Churchill, Reagan-wouldn't know where to start with either of those three.
Mother Teresa was very strongly against abortion. I'm not a fan of abortion, but the alternative of having a lot more humans in the world creates more problems than it solves. According to my brother, some money was unaccounted for.
 
I think "no flaws" is impossible with humans. There will always be some aspect which is less than perfect.

I also think people can be admired even with some flaws. And we have to take into account the society and environment in which the people lived. E.g. if they deliberately helped move society in the right direction, or stood up for what is right, against the norms of society or in a situation that required great courage, then that is something to be admired.

Ever heard of John Rabe, The Good Man of Nanking? He helped protect civilians in Nanjing, then capital of China, during the Japanese occupation and atrocities in 1937-38. It's estimated that he helped saved between 200 - 250K lives. John Rabe was also a member of the German Nazi Party, something the Allies severely punished him and his family for after the war. Anyway, the point is that everyone is capable of great moral achievements, and therefore deserving of great admiration, even those who have plenty of flaws.

To me being perfect would be a flaw, because part of being human is having flaws. Plus flaws are subjective, whilst I wouldnt myself I dont see why having 4 children is a flaw. I just googled Jane Goodall and she was divorced, some would consider this a flaw.

Now flaw doesnt seem like a word as I've typed it too many times.

When a crisis happens eventually because there's far too many people in the world, you'll understand.
 
Usually the type of people a person hangs around with is a good sign of your character. Good people tend to hang around with good people, and bad people are more attracted to bad people. Among other things Bill Clinton did was do little to nothing to improve factory farms, ignore an immigration policy that will cause disaster, and send jobs overseas. I recall reading that his good buddy Don Tyson benefitted greatly off Clinton's policies when he was Governor. Even Clinton going veg doesn't prevent me from thinking he was a horrible human being. Obviously there's other complaints as well.

People use terms like "My Friend" a lot. It doesn't mean they're friends. I can see some of the other complaints though if true.
 
What is flawed and not flawed is both context based and a matter of opinion, dependent on what you see as the end goal. Since you seem to be concerned with overpopulation, I could easily argue that their compassionate nature and their desire to save lives were in fact flaws, contributing to said overpopulation. A single bullet can erase more prospective carbon footprints than a lifetime of veganism and environmentalism. Isn't that a fun concept to add to the flaw equation? Considering that India's population has more than tripled since its independence just over 60 years ago, if you're judging flaws based on contribution to overcrowding I'd say Gandhi would have been much less flawed if he'd been a murderous psychopath rather than a non-violent nationalist.
