I love to look out at the flock of ducks outside my apartment. There are a few special ones that really make me happy. They are not the regular American Mallards. They are solid Blue/Black and have a white bib. I looked them up on the internet, and looked just like the Swedish Blue Duck, which are farmed domestically in the U.S.
These fat little guys, apparently, made the escape before they could be made into dinner. They found some welcoming Mallards, and now they are happily swimming on the river, and having people throw food at them.
I just love to watch my happy little escapees.
