This snack bar is similar to other snack bars such as Clif and Larabar. This one is sweetened with cane syrup and brown rice syrup. It is mostly made of oats, but has almonds and cranberries throughout. It seems to be flavored with almond extract, which to me, tastes like cherries (I have heard that from other people, too). So, to me, this snack bar has a strong cherry taste to it even though there are no cherries in it.

Overall, I liked this snack. I will purchase it again and recommend it to everyone.
