I’ve been vegan for almost a year now, and I swear my cravings have totally shifted. I used to hate mushrooms - now I can’t get enough of them. Also, my sweet tooth toned down massively. Has anyone else noticed big changes in what foods you enjoy post-transition? I’m genuinely curious if it’s psychological, hormonal, or just taste bud evolution.
