Sharing a Delicious Crispy Smashed Hoisin Potatoes Recipes For you all to try....

Ingredients
10-15 baby potatoes, cubed
Pepper
3 Spring onions, thinly chopped
1T Ginger, finely chopped
1 Red chilli, sliced
1 T Soya sauce or tamari
1 T Sriracha
1 T Hoisin sauce
1 T Sesame oil
Vegetable oil for shallow frying

Method:
1 Boil baby potatoes in water till cooked, drain and allow to cool
2 Smash potatoes and fry in vegetable oil till the skin is crispy/ alternately you can bake till crispy
3 Heat sesame oil in a pan and add ginger, spring onions and peppers. Cook for a few minutes and add soya sauce chilli and sriracha
4 Add smashed potatoes and stir in hoisin sauce. Mix well to combine

yum, that sounds delicious - I have an open hoisin sauce in the fridge that needs to be used and have never thought of putting it with potatoes

I would bake the potatoes as I am somewhat oil averse, but the sesame oil part with the other ingredients sounds great.
