Christmas dinner

So. This year I'm planning not to stand on the kitchen in tears because I ruined the dinner again. I was hoping for nut roast, but I failed those... I'm starting to work on Christmas Eve, so I need to prepare the main dish and freeze it.

I'm looking for some kind of roast or loaf:

- gluten free
- no nuts
- no beans (soy is okey)

So, help!

Lentils are good yeah! Same with chickpeas. And yeah, it's though. That's why I seek help!

Take a look at this and see if you can tweak it to suit your taste. I’m not sure what groats are but maybe you can use regular oats instead if need be?
