best electric pressure cooker

I have had an best electric pressure cooker for some time now and haven't used it yet. What I would like is a cookbook specifically for electric cookers; I don't understand all the bring to pressure, wait for jiggle, etc that the regular cookbooks have that have recipes for the older style...
