I had 2 air fried spring roll from Lidl.
A brown rice,tomato and avocado salad with yeast flakes and mayonnaise(Vermondo).

My meals are different and far more simple as I cannot do much prepping and cooking over here.
I had a burrito bowl which was very good except for the tiny bit of raw onion that I picked out.
I had a meetup with a few vegan friends in a community hub in Kemptown. Everyone enjoyed it and we plan to go back. It’s a pay whatever you feel place.👍🥰
A Madras style curry (Lidl’s sauce in a jar) made with Giro’s style protein strips, sweet potatoes and broccolini. I canoed up the sauce with ginger , Alpro soya yogurt and lemon juice. Served with brown basmati rice and sliced bananas.
We went out to Purezza last night after having seen the film ‘I don’t want to be vegan’. I had a truffle and wild mushroom mozzarella pizza.
Cheezcake with strawberry coulis.

A Greggs vegan sausage roll because the vegan steak bakes were all sold out plus a raw carrot and some
white seedless grapes. I sat outside the Pavillion gardens with a friend and her lovely dog whilst nibbling and chatting.

Air fried bangers with peas (evo black cracked pepper and yeast flakes) plus a grated carrot salad/vinaigrette.
Toasted artisan ww bread with Violife cream cheeze-chives and a hint of garlic.
Almond and hazelnut pb milk pudding.
Leftovers: a salad (grated carrots/fennel with goji berries/pumpkin seeds, vinaigrette and yeast flakes.
A slice of leek & courgette tofu bake.
