Rose's Law is proposed as a global animal rights statute. Of course this is idealistic but people are coming together since members of DXE face felony charges for rescuing industrially farmed animals.
I'm planning to go to Berkeley the last week of September for the Animal Liberation California Convergence. I didn't end up going to the May conference so I'm glad they're offering a second opportunity this year for activism and training.
