News Cameron pushed by protester in Leeds

[Second Summer]

David Cameron has been shoved by a protester in Leeds in a massive security breach.

A member of the public confronted Mr Cameron outside Leeds Civic Hall and was seen pushing the Prime Minister before police were forced to step in.

The Telegraph understands Mr Cameron was leaving the venue when the man - who was walking on the other side of the road - "darted" across to accost the prime minister.

The narrative is now that is was a "jogger" on his way to the gym, not a "protester".
