Camera Charger for Canon Camera- Advice Needed !

I'm planning on buying a new camera as my Sony is off to camera heaven. As I'm planning to buy it from QVC UK it will have a UK charger and plug. Does anyone know whether the given plug is the same as the one in the photo ?

I do have an adaptor for it if it is the same one.

I was wondering whether the plug for the charger is the same as the one in the photo. I have lots of UK appliances and I also have an adaptor. I have just had most of the plugs changed as it is easier not to use the adaptor.
Anyway, we had a visitor from the UK who had bought a camera with him, so he confirmed to me that it was the above plug on the charger.
My new camera has been despatched today so I'm very excited.
