    The tip of boiling mushrooms before sauteing really works for me! I boiled them covered in water, started sauteing onions and peppers near their end, then added them with slotted spoon. I added orzo to the boiling mushroom broth. Added spinach and garlic, then a cornstarch slurry

    @SuicideBlonde -- Trader Joes had a frozen mango sticky rice dessert yearssss ago that I loved! Closest I've come is to semi freeze, like 20 min maybe? mango halves, then topping with hot sticky rice and a bit of sugar or syrup

    Seems like years since I've made rice & beans! I made a pot of macaroni (TJ's big macaroni-my fave!) cooked with fresh broccoli for about the last half. Made my usual nooch sauce and added a glob of mayo.
