A Balti curry (Waitrose) made with a jar of sauce, sweet potatoes, chunks of Quorn, strips of protein ( Vermondo) served with whole grain rice, sliced bananas and a dollop of Alpro soya yogurt.

A Southern style af schnitzel (Green Cuisine) with roast parsnips and Jersey Royals plus some Flora spread.
