    I wish that I could but it`s not as easy as it seems. However, I do prefer the UK to France. It`s not easy living in a country where they are meat and dairy crazy. Moreover, they are so conservative that veganism will always be frowned on.

    A braised leek/chunks of Quorn stew made with white wine/Dijon/ Pb cream plus a drizzle of evo and yeast flakes. H&B blue cheeze with cracked black pepper crackers. Warm cookie dough (M&S with vanilla Swedish Glace.

    Pan fried Juicy Marbles with mange tout, baby potatoes (evo)plus a cabbage slaw/sliced avocado with Dijon vinaigrette/yeast flakes. A slice of Plant Pioneers chocolate cake.
