I feel that way about eggs. I live with two omnis and the smell of eggs cooking is yuck to me. I still cry over the loss of cheese and it's been 19 years lol.

I never found it easy so it's nice to be validated. I feel like most people I come across online...whether it be forums or social media outlets...make it sound like it is so easy, which would end up making me feel bad, as if the fact that I sometimes struggle or feel deprived means I'm a bad vegan.

Speaking of air fryers, ours just died. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I'm not sure it's even a year old. It likely is as my sense of time tends to be warped. My son purchased it so I'll have to ask him to check his Amazon purchase history...I'm curious. I guess the next thing I buy will be a new air fryer lol.

I would choose Trader Joe over Aldi, although they're not all the same. The one in Danbury was amazing but the one I have near me now, since I moved, is awful. Aldi is good though. We have a new one but I haven't been back there in several months...probably a year even.
