This is a website whose members mark paper money (mostly singles- hence the "George" (Washington) reference) with the above web address and return them to general circulation.
I first found out about it when I got two dollar bills at different times in change, with the web address stamped on them, along with the message "See where I've been!" I went to the website and was intrigued.
"Georgers" could formerly get rubber stamps, but now must make their own or just hand-write on bills. When they find a "wild bill", they enter its serial number and note where they found it. The website manager tracks the movement of the bills as they get "hits".
