Whatcha Eatin?

My breakfast was a huge smoothie with frozen banana and strawberries, flaxseed, spinach and soya milk and then toasted crumpets with vegan butter and PB. I don't think I need any lunch after that! I had a chai latte too.:D

Leftover leek & courgette soup (pureed) with a drizzle of evo and a sprinkle of yeast flakes.
A green lentil,grated carrot, white cabbage, pecan salad with Dijon vinaigrette and yf.
Apple puree with soya cream.

I fancied a roast dinner. Roast "chicken" roasted potatoes and carrots, broccoli, stuffing and gravy.

I had a sandwich with the leftover stuffing and some vegan ham slices.:yum

I was also planning to have a sandwich with La Vie smoked protein however there was none left at Carrefour's.
So, I had a very late lunch at 3 and made a baguette sandwich with Flora, Dijon mustard and sliced smoked tofu.
A banana.
Berry infusion with sweetener.

Sunday - just some spoonsize shredded wheat, oat milk, berries, walnuts, pumpkin seeds
today - back to noodley soy curl veggies soup.... can't wait
