When i start researching, switching to vegetarian ( last 2 years ago ). The most i see side effect of vegetarian are
Protein Defiency, Vitamin b12 Defiency that can lead to hair loss that why they said the we really need to eat meat to get protein and b12. But AFAIK there is a lot of veggies, fruit that have a lot of protein and vitamin b12 like tofu, egg, soy beans .. etc!

What is your opinion about this?

I think that stuff is overrated and overhyped.

No one who isn't also suffering from malnutrition has a protein deficiency. The medical term for protein deficiency is Kwashiorkor. Ever heard that word before? Basically, if you eat enough calories you get adequate amounts of protein.

B12 deficiencies sometimes show up in vegans. Not so much in vegetarians. but they are almost as common in the general pop. The thing about B12 is that we need such a small amount of it, it so readily stored, and there are so many fortified foods that include it - it really isn't worth worrying about. all multis include it. Take a multi. end of issue.
