Grandaughter, 7, has now been karate training with me for the last 3 weeks.
This week the Sensei had the kiddies doing strength and endurance excercises; Lateral dips.
For a joke he told them all to do a hundred reps.
All the kiddies were struggling to knock out any where near that. Sole exception being one little 7 year old vegetarian girl whom, when he finally called time, was still going strong at 136.
