I think it would be fun to try to make something new from this list everyday.

What is this?

Starting in early 2015, Vegan Wanderlust posted one food picture snapped in a different destination every day, committing to do so until all 193 countries—as identified by the United Nations—were featured. Photos were submitted or shared with us with permission by over 100 backpackers, vegan bloggers, and chefs from all around the globe.

Why did you do this?

Vegan Wanderlust aims to remind travelers that vegan eating in places where it is less common is not only a unique treat, but an opportunity to show support for cruelty-free options worldwide. Too often it’s said that veganism is only for wealthy (or white, or Western) people, when in reality, plant-based foods are not only available but growing in popularity in every corner of the world...
