Vegan Diet could keep memory loss at bay!

I guess this is absolutely true.

Happens that I began to suffer memory lags some time ago, but I thought these were probably the sign of having started my aging process, however since I'm into a vegan diet, I have not suffered from those lags again, honestly!
This is great to know and matches my own experience. I make sure not to let a day go by without including some green vegetable in my diet. They have so many different nutrients in them, so I can see how they are great brain food.
This maybe a placebo effect. I'm not vegan, but even as a child when I did eat meat I had an excellent memory. I do think it's more about lifestyle and while diet helps the overall body and mental state, I don't think a vegan diet will stop memory loss.

There are more factors involved as in your responsibilities and your personality.
