"unsolved" reason for romaine contamination

Did anyone read the headline saying that following the investigation they were unable to determine the reason for the romaine contamination?

I see these news quips in the elevator at work... I get like 2 second to read them sometimes

The latest news is about that Thanksgiving breakout.

they had some clues but nothing definite.

One theory was that it was wildlife poop in a reservoir.

But dollars to donuts it was cow poop and not elephants.
