Trouble in relationship due to ideology difference.

I am a strict vegan and coming from India where we have lots of respect from cows and other animals.
I found a partner in who is white and have some health condition due to that she have to eat eggs everyday and take medicine which have beef particles.
I suggest to her to eat everything which is necessary for her health but don't kiss me then without brushing her teeth and she feels discrimination and thinks this is not possible.

Please help us here with your suggestion because I really like her but at the same time I feel really hurt by this feeling that by kissing her I am being part of animal brutality and also culturally very very inappropriate.

To make fair you could suggest cleaning teeth together and explain it is not because of nationality,
If she thinks it is not possible still I don't think it is accurate to call you discriminative.
