Yes, it's strange, but it says it is 80% accurate just from the answers to those questions.

I would have thought there would be questions about your diet and alcohol intake as well.

I'm on my mobile and in the US, so I don't see a Risk calculator link. Probably don't want to take the test anyway, if they ask family risk factors and cholesterol levels... :/
