Hello everyone,

I want to summarize all the benefits of a vegan diet to help me memorize it and also to land an annihilation strike if someone thinks they have to condemn / ridicule my way of nutrition.

To have a watertight point, I would appreciate a critical review. Currently, all my arguments are from the book "Becoming Vegan". If some phrases are wrong, I am sure it is a misunderstanding on my part.

Since I am currently working through the book, the table will grow slowly, but I would appreciate any remarks as early as possible :)

ProteinLegumes and whole grains have to be combined to get all Indispensible Amino Acids.

Soy as a protein source may reduce breast as well as prostate cancer risk and lower LDL levels.
Contains Carnitine, which is converted into TMAO*.

Intake usually via sources that also contain saturated fat, trans fatty acids and cholesterol.

*TMAO: Trimethylamine N-oxide; toxic subtance, which may increase the risk of atherosclerosis, stroke and heart attack risk
