50 g strawberries (frozen are better)
1 medium banana
1 tbs of lemon juice
200 ml chilled plant based milk
2 tbs vegan cream
sweetener
1 tbs wheatgerm or 1 tbs of ground almonds.

Place the ice cubes into a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend. Sweeten
to taste with chosen sweetener.
Tip : Replace 50 ml of the vegan milk with fresh orange juice.
For a thicker smoothie, use frozen sliced bananas.
You can also replace some of the strawberries with raspberries.
