1/2 Cup of brown rice
1 1/3 Cups of water
1 Rice cooker
1 Bag of frozen mixed vegetables
1 Can of great northern beans
1 Can of cream of mushroom soup (I use Amy's)
1 Cooking pan
1 Wooden spoon
Dump rice and water into rice cooker.
Microwave frozen, unopened bag of mixed vegetables in microwave.
Dump cooked rice, not-frozen-anymore bag of mixed vegetables, can of cream of mushroom soup and drained and rinsed can of great northern beans into cooking pan.
Heat and stir.
