NZ Soylent type substitute? Meal replacement ideas?

I can’t assess this product in New Zealand and would rather avoid it anyway. I have heard of aussielent which has some vegan options but it’s too expensive to send. Huel isn’t available here either.
There is a brand called Tonik making shakes but too pricey as well.
I have found a brand called MyVegan making whole fuel shakes but they don’t know where their product ingredients come from. I have ordered from them before and it came from I think Czechia and took a while to come. Customs got into it too so there was that too...

I think your best bet is to make your own.
It's not that hard to make your own meal replacements.
Its cheaper and healthier and safer.
I have a whole list of recipes
some of them I've already posted here. but if you ask, I can include some more in this thread.
I'm also sure others here can/will contritute.
